I found your site through a search on "war," "Iraq" etc...Have you ever read declassified info on Operation Northwoods?: Declassified: The Truth Will Make You Free
@templestream - I had not heard of that but did do a cursory raeding of the link you provided. I think the notable thing about Operation Nothwoods is that it didn't happen. Kennedy rejected it out right and people lost jobs or were reassigned as a result. For once the chain of command operated like it was supposed to and right thing got done.
